You need to follow this guide https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/publishing-your-app-to-the-app-store.57528/ but in a nutshell you change the provision file to a store one and you do step 4 which it to create a store file and not a release app build you then login to apple developer site upload the zip and wait for review from apple don’t forget to change the provision back when you are testing.
