Hi guys
I am receiving the following type of data from a web site to represent and image as one of the fields in an XML file

This is just a subsection of it, its returned by an LPR camera
What is it?
I am wondering what sort of conversion I need to run?
Is it base64 I need to convert into a byte array or what?
Yes, I am completely lost so was hoping one of you people could lead me in the right direction

LPR License Plate Recognition Camera??
Yes the camera has a License plate recognition engine in it

The camera is inside the owners office looking out a tinted window at traffic about 50m away, plus it a crap day, raining, and early in the morning.
That's why the image is so dark, but as you can see it still captured the number plate
I have to admit the app I was struggling with was in vb.net but I'd never seen data like the base64 before so thought I would ask the big brains here.
