Tried to use B4XLocalizator downloaded from forum, after updated Jpoi lib to version 1.21 i'm unable to run the project.
It seems it not support Apache poi v5.0.0, i get an error who indicate that Apache poi v 4.0 is not found.
But on official website of Apache software foundation the only version disponible is 5.0.0.
Didn't found any other version, it seems they upgraded to v5.0.0 because a security issue.
So they won't let the precedent version on FTP as usual.
If someone have a link or the jar files expected that would be nice,
i have nothing to do with a sever and Internet i just want to do a database locally ?
Even not sure that my firewall have any machine gun to attack me ?

EDIT: In meantime i'll try to make it run with JPoi v 1.0, i'll see.
Found, problem wasn't from JPoi v1.0, it was from Open Office who don't put size of all rows properly when save as Microsoft xls format.
So added a test on cell.ColumnIndex < 3 (only 3 languages) and didn't get error again.
DB is builded, all is ok.
