iOS Question some problems about tableview

i have two questions to ask about tableview
1.could i close the bounces of tableview like scrollview.
scrollview.bounces=fasle
2.could i change the background color of select row

in other words, when i select the "Item 6",the background of "item #6" can be other color

2. You will need to use a custom item and then change the panel's color.
