Android Question SOS - Emulator Issue

Running Windows 8 Tablet and Emulator is not getting to Skin stage and therefore not allowing the Emulator and B4A to work together. I am running android-18

The emulator failed to start. You can try to delete the AVD and create a new one.

Though I recommend you to use a real device instead or a VM.

I already done that. The problem is the emulator does not fully load to skin. This should work even if it takes 20-30 minutes to load.

Genymotion is another payment. I what to earn some revenue before paying out more on software and services.

I think its important to solve this issue. Does it make a difference if I am using Android 4.3.1 ?
