Android Question Speach recognition farsi problem

I had made an speech recognition app and set the language to Farsi
the command is:
Dim sr As SpeechRecognitionNoUI
sr.Initialize("sr",Me)
sr.StartListening("fa",True,False)

the app was working for a year very well and understanding Farsi speaker
but suddenly it dose not understand Farsi and only recognize English word I can not find why ! I nearly tested everything!!!
the app is for blind people and very important for them.
will you please help me urgently

Have you tried with VoiceRecognition from the Phone library?

Does the device support voice recognition with Farsi language?
