Android Question TTS text to Speach

Hello:

Is it possible to set the speach rate of tts to lower then 1.0
I have a lg L9 4.1, and the setting on a app I have is 1.0 "tts1.rate"
and it sounds to fast "funny"
Same app on a lg 4.0 it works good.

Yes. You can set it to a lower value:

TTS.SpeechRate = 0.5
