Hi everyone..
To leave the charger for extended time is not good for battery.. but I want to use the phone as a controller which means it must be on all the time.
Anyone knows how to do that? Thank you in advance.

This is no longer true, most cellphones in the past had this problem because the software wasnt good at controlling the battery.

Now, the software is good enough and will also lie to the user in order to prevent damages to the battery (like saying it is at 100% when in reality it is oscillating between 99.8% and 99.9%)

Having your phone charged all the time is safe and valid
