Android Question Split screen?

Hey guys...
does any one know the coding or what i need to read up on if ...
I want to have apps simultaneously running on the same screen at the same time .. its something like a split screen? any idea?

I think you can make your app compatible with samsung's multi window feature using an api of theirs which is like split-screen. If you want your app to float above another app you can use the Standout library by XverhelstX. Other than that the user would need to be rooted or running a custom rom to use your app and another app at the same time.
