edgeryder1000 Member Licensed User Longtime User Oct 16, 2013 #2 I think you can make your app compatible with samsung's multi window feature using an api of theirs which is like split-screen. If you want your app to float above another app you can use the Standout library by XverhelstX. Other than that the user would need to be rooted or running a custom rom to use your app and another app at the same time. Upvote 0
