B4J Question Standalone package application crash

Hi everyone, my b4j always crashed whenever we load for quiet a long time. i checked all of the textfield already initialized. Any idea on how to solve this part. Attach the error screenchot

I think the problem is i declared everything in private, when i change it to public it seem okay but i still make a pressure test for this application. Btw thank you for your replied
