Android Question Starter Service

Over the past few days each time I save a new B4A file Starter Service .bas is part of the save. I delete the module in the current app but it is back with the next one. Can someone tell me how to get rid and stay rid of it automatically adding on.

The starter service is a new - useful - feature.

@Curtis Are you removing the service via ... clicking module tab , then IDE Menu > Projects > Remove Module ... Or only closing / hiding the module Tab (X)
