Android Question Starting APP with mouse cursor in the middle of screen...?

I have read forum.
The result is that I cant move mouse cursor to some position. It is true?

For example: I have tablet. I have USB mouse connected. And I want start my APP with cursor in the middle of screen or on some other position I want. It is possible or really not?
