Android Question Startup / welcome wizard

Hi All,
I think that the @thedesolatesoul class (https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/class-startup-wizard.30973/#content) is a UI/UX component that all actual apps must have. So my questions are:

1) Is there a cross platform class / library that allow to build startup / welcome screens like "[Class] Startup Wizard" ?
2) Is there some guidelines to help build startup / help screens that "build" an excellent user experience (thinking at cross-platform apps)?

I recommend this too, because i have built this view exactly for this use.

If you have new ideas, then write it, then I can possibly expand it or build a new view.

Swipe gesture like Tabstrip are comming soon, it deepends then on a new view which I have not published yet.
