Bug? Strange behaviour with designer

Hold and Drag move widgets on b4a moves them abnormally

B4A: 13.40
Hardware: Win10, x64

I confirm, its not specific to project. Its reproducible to hello world project as well.

Steps:
1. Open B4A
2. File > New > B4XPages/Default
3. Designer > Open Designer
4. Hold and move button here and there

Please feel free if something I could do to help solve. or additional info ?
B/w really appreciate b4a project, it makes development super fast!

I remember this happening to me as well.
I don't remember how i solved it though, i think just closing/reopening the whole IDE

v12.00 works

It happens when the device losses connection with the Wysiwyg designer and then reconnects.

You just have to go to the WYSIWYG Designer menu, Disconnect and the connect and everything is back to normal. No need to restart the IDE
