Android Question Stream speaker audio from device to PC via UDP

Hi I've searched the forum and can't seem to find anything specific to streaming the speaker audio to a PC via UDP (or TCP if needed). Basically I'd like to stream from a device's speaker output to a PC which will distribute it to a home audio system. This way if you want to beef up the audio for a song/video then it can be played through the house speaker system. Anyone accomplished something like this yet? Can the devices audio be muted and still steam the audio?

You cannot stream audio played by other apps. It is not possible to globally redirect the speaker output.

hmmm ok. I guess I need to make my own media player and then stream it to DNLA or my own media player on a windows box?

If the files are not too large then the simplest solution is to send the media file and play it on your computer (using a simple server that accepts the file and plays it).
