Android Question stuck in Installing file to device.

i use b4a version 11.80 but when i compile my project, it stuck on installing to device. hardly ever it works correctly.
i tested it with several Cases, with LDPlayer, my phone ,.... also i disconnect all devices, but it stuck on installing.
my OS is win 11 enterprise.

i upgrade to latest version to latest Sdk. when i dont connect my phone to computer, it stuck, i install phone, it stuck. even i canot install with b4a bridge.

Why aren't you using latest version of B4A?

What happens with B4A-Bridge? The IDE doesn't wait for the app to be installed with the bridge.

I m usinig b4a 12.20.
B4a-bridge can communicate with my phone and it connected, but when i release or debug, nothing happen, it stuck in installing as a picture that i attach.
In addition, rarely it works correctly(by cable)
I test b4a 11.0 that i used in win10 with no problem , but same problem. Also i try to check with LDplayer but unfortunately stuck on installing.
I remember that when i disconnected phone and released, b4a told us "cannot find phone", but now it shows just"installing".
Is it related to windows version? How can i recognize where is problem?

It looks like ADB fails for some reason. Delete your Android SDK and download a new one: https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html

I delete it and download it again but result is the same. Today i install windows 10 on VMware workstation, it works well.
I confuse ?.
