You can get rid of it by creating a custom skin and defining that in the config for that virtual device. Sorry, I don't remember the details. I believe
@aeric has posted a skin, if memory serves me right.
Or you can simply install Android Studio and just use that for the virtual devices, and change those things from within the GUI. Works perfectly with B4A, and I find it easier to use than the AVD Manager. (And no need to hack configs, it's all in the GUI, as far as I can tell.)
