Android Question SubscribeToTopic Offline

Hi,
if i call SubscribeToTopic from firebase service when im offline i dont receive the notification when i return online, how can I solve it?

Once the user has subscribed then the subscription will be kept active. The simplest way is to subscribe whenever the program starts.
