How can I use the new java-d2xx-liberary, published on FTDI's website?
Is there any way to import this liberary into the B4A-software, or must this file made available with an additional xml-file at first.
Any help would be very nice !!!!!

best Regards

ftdi library

i'm looking into this also. the one feature in the ftdi library i want is the ability to set the latency feature. unless someone has already written a functional wrapper i may just give it a try.

bumping this to see if anybody has successfully wrapped the ftdi library. i really need to figure out a way to reduce the usb latency using the ftdi chip. unfortunately i do not quite understand what i would need to do to create a wrapper. they have a d2xx.jar file available. what else needs to be done to make it available to b4a?

i have (and am currently using) the usbserial library in my running b4a application. however, i see latency responses between read/writes of about 33 mSecs using b4a/ftdi cable vs the windows net version of 2 to 3 mSecs (after setting the latency in the .net version to 2 mSecs).
