Tabhost margin option

The Tabhost margin is 5dip I think it is a little too much. Please update it to 1dip, or make it as a property so we could adjust it in b4a.

Yes. It could work but will has the new issue:

For example, the default tabhost margin is 5 dip after manage it to 0 dip with tabhostextra, the views added to each tab will not be able to adjust it's size to match tab size. That is to say, we could see space (width 5 dip) between views and tab sides. (I am not sure if I have described it clearly for my language limitation).
