Tabs not drawn correctly on Trimble Tablet

We got a Trimble Tablet with Honeycomb to test with and when I use a Tab view all the tabs are drawn as if no tabs are current/active. Normally on other devices the first tab is selected and drawn active. If I tap the first tab nothing happens. I have to press another tab which then draws active then back to the first for it to draw active.

Sounds like an issue in this device. TabHost wraps the native TabHost view.
