iOS Question TabStrip Setbackground image

Is there a way to set a background image to the header part of the TabStrip?

I've managed to create something similar in Android, attached is an image so you guys can see what i'm trying to accomplish.

No. However it will be simple to create sub layout without TabStrip (which means that there will not be a sliding feature).
