This Italian restaurant (you can select subtitles in your language) is without waiters. If I'm not mistaken, I think I saw one even without cooks!

The weekly schedule should become 20 hours for everyone and decent wages!

I think this won't work for asian dishes since the plate size might be as big as the table. ?
However it seems the italian are already using a future technology which will send people to the space station.

Luckily there won't be enough energy for all of these things.

We have little robots serving Chinese dishes in my home town at what used to be a buffet style restaurant here in the UK.

You can pat them on their heads and they smile. If you get in their way they just go round you. I notice as per usual that the Italian way of doing things is *far* classier than the UK!
