Someone can tell me any way to create a textarea with scrolling and that it can be disabled.?

Ok thanks, let me try it, but if I want to add a scroll to the edittext, how can i do this?

EditTexts are scrollable. You just swipe up or down.

Check CustomListView class if you need a read-only solution.
