Android Question the tablet monitor doesn't activate (remain black)

Hello, here is my problem. When my app (then uses mediaplayer) starts on the tablet, the monitor remain in stand by (black screen) while app is playng normally. Is there a way to activate the monitor with a specific command for activity? hoping i'm explained enough...

You should use PhoneWakeState.KeepAlive (Phone library).
