wow, so many tools. i only now db browser for sqlite and HeidiSQL (suggested to me by @Peter Simpson)
HeidiSQL is really cool but sometimes stuff does not work there and i get errors. but it is very fast.
i do find SQLite Administration recommended by @Pendrush very interesting.

I use DB Browser for SQLite Version 3.13.99 on Linux; the only issue is File -> Open Database from within a hidden folder; there is no option to view .hidden folder other than to create a symlink. Is there an alternative?
