toggle button - text property not valid?

For the toggle button, the "Text" property that appears in the Designer does not appear to be listed in the help, and doesn't seem to do anything.

Was it replaced with the TextOn/Off properties?

You are correct. The Text property should be removed.
TextOn / TextOff set the text.
