Totally disable drag, scroll etc

Can i disable on a webview the scroll or movement actions? i need use only clicks. or long clicks. but no scroll.

Hi Erel!

I try to use an android phone to control a Raspberry Pi. The phone is only a screen and a keyboart (and now the g sensor).

Later the Raspberry got a touch panel, but until that time, we use an android phone.

The idea is all RPi functions control by a web page. The main phone is fixen "on" RPi and the networking run on usb. But meanwhile we can control the RPi from any other platform via web browser.

In the fixed phone i need to disable the scroll, the page is exactly the phone's resolution. In normal circumstances no scrolling only clicks.

So this is not a normal webpage.

Have you tried to play with the zoom value? You can make the whole screen visible and disable zooming.
