Is it possible to translate webview like chrome in pc ?
maybe with

addWebChromeClient

This method is not related. There is no built-in translator in WebView engine.

You might be able to inject JavaScript that will use Google translation services to translate the page.
It will be simpler to get the text and call a web service that translates it.
