Shay Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Jan 3, 2012 #1 Hi This is not working - not speaking in hebrew TTS1.SetLanguage("he","il") Any Idea?
Erel B4X founder Staff member Licensed User Longtime User Jan 4, 2012 #2 This method returns a boolean value telling you whether the language is supported. You should check this value. You should also change the code to: Code: TTS1.SetLanguage("he", "IL") Upvote 0

goron Member Licensed User Longtime User Feb 20, 2012 #5 Shalom, For the time being, it seems that the TTS engine supports a few languages like: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish (but not an Hebrew). However you can cheat the system: Select English than use phonetic sounds. for example "I drink water" will be "ha ni sho te ma im" not perfect but better than nothing... HTH, Gideon Upvote 0
