Android Question TTS on Android V6

I have been using TTS on older Android tablets and it works great! I use it in several languages, all work fine.
I'm installing the exact compilation and supporting files onto an Android Asus Model P001, which runs Android version 6.
I'm compiling with B4a 7, which works on my ASUS K010 running android version 4.4.2 and everything is fine. When I then connect to the P001 and compile the program the TTS only works in English. Spanish, Italian, Japanese etc. don't work...
Any advice? I've even tried the TTSID library for another attempt with the same results.

the "all languages function show all are available... My other tablet 4.4.2, doesn't have any languages installed and it works great...
I am mixing Voice Recognition, speech to text and then translating to a foreign language using Google Translate... as well

Thanks Erel,
How do I confirm/change/use the speech engine?
The same program runs on ALL other tablet/phones except this one.
It is likely the engine as you say, but I have no idea how to correct this.
Your advice will be appreciated.

Thanks Erel,
That did the trick!
I had tried the
The engine can be set under Settings - Languages & input - Text-to-speech output.
method dozens of times, but it didn't seem to work.
In installed the Reflection method and "Bob's your uncle" ... it works :)
