B4J Question TTS/STT Speech Recognition for B4J

I am looking for a way to use spoken commands in B4j similar to the solution provided by Erel which you can find >here< is it possible to use this in B4j or is there another solution available?

There is no voice recognition library available in B4J.

B4A TTS library is based on Android OS features. It cannot be used in B4J.
