Android Question Turn GPS ON like Uber or Bolt

I have seen apps like Uber or Bolt be able to turn on location service by using a button as shown on screenshot instead of sending user to settings screen. How can i do the same in B4A?

It is not possible to programmatically turn on GPS. It doesn't matter which programming language you are using.

You can send an intent that will take the user to the relevant setting page (GPS.LocationSettingsIntent).

You cannot programmaticly enable GPS however you can show a system dialog that will let the user enable location services: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/fusedlocationprovider-resolution-dialog.111652/
