iOS Question Two-Factor Authentication Issue

Hi everybody.
I'm trying to enable the Two-Factor Authentication for my developer account.
I'm using an iPhone 6, but it doesn't have the option it should have...
Anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I think you should do that on your apple account then they will send a authentication code to phone (don't remember how I did that..it was too long ago)

I've disables the code on my iPhone and now it shows the Two Factor link... But it raise an error...
"Two Factor Authentication is not currently available on your account"...

You can only activate this using your Apple account.
