Android Question UDP communication with Android 4.4.2 (KitKat)

Good Morning,
I realized a software based on UDP communication between android device and LED light controller.
This works fine on Android 4.1.2 but on Android 4.4.2 KitKat don't works. Can be a problem of compatibility of SDK Library (must I use the last version of Android?) or KitKat have some kind of protection in the UDP communication?

The Led Light controller use IPv6 address !

No. I'm not familiar with any special issue regarding UDP and Android 4.4 (or any other version).
