You can use background shape. or you can use image for diagonal white sections.

Thanks #Brandsum, I am not familiar with designing, that's why I got confusion, which one is suite, one design a background image or any B4X code to draw this image...

If you want to draw this image you can use BitmapCreator or Canvas. But using a 9patch image will be easier than drawing the same in code.
