iOS Question Unable to create Sign Key

Erel,
I'm following the video showing how to start with the configuration files, and when I get to the Create Sign Key step, everything falls over, I get the error:-
An error occurred.
Error creating keystore file.
Error retrieving token: Communication
error: Invalid User id

Any suggestions on what to do to fix this? I have hosted builder as part of my purchase.

Invalid user id usually means that the account has expired. Please contact [email protected]
