Android Question Unable to debug

As of today I'm unable the debug any application I get the following message in the log. The log below comes from a newly created project from "File > New > Default".
Any ideas how to solve this?

There is nothing special in the Starter, it's a project template from the file menu "File > New > Default"

Did you try to stop antivirus? Maybe your antivirus has updated yesterday that caused this problem?

Sorry for might be stupid question - did you try to just reboot your computer? Maybe something else was installed or updated yesterday? Maybe Windows was updated?

I did a reboot, did a clean 4BA install on a different drive, nothing worked, this morning I cleaned up the windows temp folder and guess what, debug is working again..
