Uninstalling an app

If a user uninstalls an app using the OS commands (normal interface) without doing this from Google Play, Google is aware of this?

If this app is installed from google-play then google play will know that the app is uninstalled. BUT it is still in the list of "My Apps"...

After I wrote the question, I thought, however, that Google will notice when you go on the website and open "My apps"!

Otherwise, to be informed, Google should be notified in some way; from the app (if "he" could change it before the installation) or some service in the operating system.

Well, I was wondering this because I have several apps just installed to please some members of the site and the memory starts to run low

Testing is one thing but eating up precious storage is another. Uninstall those apps you don't want or need. It's not personal.

Uninstalling will not decrease the number of downloads, just the number of active users.
