Unknown email address

Hi

i had to redo my Notebook. Installing basic4PPC new, and running it gives me this error MSG. UNKNOWN EMAIL ADDRESS. How can this be fixt please ?

An error has occurred during the registration process.
Error message: Invalid email address.
I installed Version 6.90 and my email Add is the same as had been before. Need a bit of help Please. Version 6.80 I have no Problem with the email addess, but with Version 6.90 there seems to be a Problem.

hi
i have the same issue. I enter my registered mail id and it shows unknown email. I had recently formatted my hard disk, installed new version , browsed my license file and then it asks me to enter my mail id which shows its unknown, please contact support.

Any help how to solve this issue.
