iOS Question Upload to iStoreConnect wants "Build"

Trying to upload my first iOS app.
Used hosted builder to compile, download zip, upload app to Appstore connect - no issues here was successful

In appstoreconnect I have selected Add for review and it complains "You Must Choose A Build"

How do I do this?

Oh sorry, I overlooked that sentence. Did you compile with the distubution provision file and then upload it? You should have received 2 e-mails, the first with an ITMS error and the second that something was uploaded and then something should appear under builds.
