you need to check the device manager. it doesn't seem to recognize the correct device so you'll need to search for a working driver.

did you install the drivers on windows for your device? you can check it with the device manager. If there are unrecognized devices in the device manager, the drivers are not installed...

Change the USB Charging option to PTP:



On some devices you need to do it each time that you connect the USB cable.

None of the suggestions worked
Had to remove device drivers from W7
Then reinstall performing automatic search (manual install seems not to work)
Thanx everybody
