Usb-Serial Lib

Hi to all, i found this external lib for serial comunications using a FT232 chip:

usb-serial-for-android - Android USB serial and Arduino device host support library. - Google Project Hosting

It is posible to use with B4A?
I read about the libs development in the forum, but i'm not sure how generate the xml file.
