Vanishing libraries

Every so often I check a library in in the Libs tab, run the prog, only to find out that when back at the IDE the library is no longer checked, even after I save the project. Anyone else witnessed that?

It takes a few seconds till the "Loading" message disappears. Is it possible that you run your program before it disappears?

Nope. I noticed the loading..... msg.

I sure waited till it finished, even changed some code to refer to the library, saved, compiled, run. When back to IDE the lib refference was gone (compile error asking if I forgot a library when run again)
