in visual designer there are 2 Variants (1024 x 640, scale=1 160dip) and (800x500,scale=1 160dip)

in main module, there is
#Region Project Attributes
#MainFormWidth: 600 :'what does it mean
#MainFormHeight: 400 :'what does it mean
#End Region
which values set from width and height ? 1024-640 or 800-500 ?

As a general rule you should try to use as few as possible variants. Use anchors and designers script instead to create a flexible layout.

The variants value will never change the form dimensions. The are only used to decide which variant will be loaded.
