iOS Question Viewing a non standard email attachment.

Hi all.
Not a iOS guy just have done some B4A. Anyway the boss gets emails with our custom file format as an attachment. So it has a NGD file extension but is really just XML. He says he cannot view it.

So how would you guys / gals go about solving this. I was just think about renaming the file but I have never used an iPhone so have no idea on file permissions and such. On the positive note maybe I can get paid to do some B4X!
