Android Question Visual Designer Activity Size

I feel like I am overlooking something that is very obvious or I am calling the element by the wrong name. Attached a screenshot from one of Erel's xCustomListView examples. In the attached picture the Activity in the Visual Designer is sized just a little larger then Panel1. I've tried searching to see how you would set it but have come up with nothing. How is this done?

It is not really the activity size but rather the abstract designer size.

I guess that the abstract designer size is set to Match Chosen Variant and the selected variant (probably the only one) is smaller than usual.
