trying to connect to a web service and get "OAuth" connection token?

1.) MY own: I produce json output

2.) the "Consumer" bit i do not get. is there a standard program to do this?(talk back to the requester)
i see the "Secret key" and the "consumer key" but what are the programs on the server and how are they called?
(default.asp and callback.asp) are my choices, but looks like there much i do not understand about this!
any docs you know about?
