Android Question Webview, highlight text with finger

Is it possible, as in google PlayBooks, to highlight text with finger in webview ?
I accept solutions with or without javascript.

There is no such built-in feature.

Note that it is quite an old thread. You should use WebViewExtra to inject the JavaScript.
